I’m a licensed massage therapist from Boise, Idaho, and a graduate of the Idaho School of Massage Therapy. I moved to the Eau Claire area in September, 2024 and am passionate about helping people feel and move better through thoughtful therapeutic bodywork.

My approach is deeply therapeutic while still incorporating elements of relaxation, creating a session that not only eases discomfort but also helps the body restore and reset. I use a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs; including manual lymph drainage (MLD), scar release techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), stretching, and active release technique (ART) to address soft tissue restrictions, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend and I’m a huge animal lover. I also enjoy reading, cooking and exploring new places and cultures whenever I can.
