Swedish

The goal of Swedish massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Trigger Point

Uses concentrated finger pressure, which is applied to painful irritated areas in muscles, to break the pain/spasm cycle and promote normal function.

Hot Stone Massage is paired with massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Designed specifically for the pregnant woman’s needs. Benefits of this massage include aiding the body in eliminating waste products, which help to combat fatigue and increase energy. The pregnancy massage eases muscular cramping, tightness, and tension and increases flexibility by relaxing the muscle. It also soothes anxiety related to the childbirth experience.
