Your comfort is our priority. Here’s what to wear during your session to get the most out of your experience:

HaloRed Light Therapy
You can wear a swimsuit, light-colored undergarments, or use a towel wrap or robe (provided).
Tip: Light colors are best! Infrared and red light therapy penetrate light-colored fabrics more effectively, while darker colors may block the light.

Infrared Sauna
Feel free to wear a swimsuit, wrap yourself with towel wrap (provided), or use a robe (also provided). Dress comfortably — the goal is to relax and sweat it out.

Stacking With Other Services?
If you’re combining your sauna or HaloRed session with a massage or another service, we recommend bringing flip-flops or sandals. We have a selection of sizes available if you forget yours.

In the Sauna
Relax and unwind — sit or lie down comfortably. Add some deep breathing, meditation, or gentle stretching to enhance detox and relaxation.

In the HaloRed Room
Make the most of your session your way:
Practice gentle yoga (mat provided).
– Meditate on a cushion (provided)
– Sit comfortably in a chair
– Recline and relax in the lounger
– Or simply stand and soak in the healing light

We want your experience to be relaxing, therapeutic, and tailored just for you. Here’s what you can expect during your visit:

Before Your Session
Arrive 5 minutes early, making sure you have filled out the forms online (they should have been sent to you by text or email, please check your inbox before you arrive for your appointment).

Comfort & Privacy
You’ll have time to undress to your level of comfort in private and settle onto the massage table. A sheet and blanket will be provided for draping, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered — your comfort and modesty are always respected.

Open Communication
Your massage should feel safe, soothing, and effective. Please let your therapist know if you experience any discomfort, pressure that’s too intense, or anything that feels distracting—we're here to support your relaxation and well-being.

Health Considerations
There are times when massage may not be appropriate due to certain medical conditions. To ensure your safety and the best possible outcome, please provide accurate and up-to-date health information during your intake.

Relax & Enjoy
Once everything is set, all you have to do is breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy your time of restoration.

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and the time of other clients.

Vibration Plate + Infrared Sauna + Massage

This ultimate wellness trio begins with the vibration plate, which activates your lymphatic system and stimulates circulation. Follow with the sauna to boost detoxification and finish with a massage to relax into your parasympathetic “rest and restore” state. This stack supports full-body wellness, from cellular health to mental clarity.
